Well…we went from hot and humid to down right cold in just 24 hours. I walked out of the office last night in cropped pants, sleeveless top, lightweight cardigan and flip flops and I just about died. My poor little toes were SO cold by the time I got home that I actually put on my UGG slippers to walk the dog.

It’s not to say that I dont adore Fall because I do…skinny jean/leggings and flat boots are one of my favorite things to wear…but it was just so sudden.

I was clearly inspired to begin the search for the perfect Autumn coat. It wasn’t hard because there are so many great options out there but these were my faves!

Ok so I know all you fashionistas out there have been despearately trying to get your hands on ANYTHING from the new Missoni for Target collection that launched on Tuesday.

I know I have.

I sent my mom to her Target (Clarks Summit, PA) with high hopes that no one there would know what Missoni was or even care about purchasing it (no offense to the ladies of Clarks Summit). It seems that I was quite wrong. The 2 racks (yes only 2) were left with a handful of items all in XL. SO sad for me. However, she did get lucky in the shoe department looking for ballet flats in a 5 1/2 for my dear friend Morgan. They were mixed in with the kids shoes and she was so excited when she found them (featured below). She hates to leave a store empty handed when she is on a mission!!

I then asked my sister to check out her Target  (Langhorne,PA) and she called me from there to say “would you be interested in some Missoni plates?” Oh well…I will keep checking the website and hope for the best.

Arent they just adorable? They sell for $29.95 if you are lucky enough to find them.

PS…my sis just called from another Target (this time in Philly, PA) to say “I have 2 pairs of Missoni knee socks in my hand. Are you interested?”

I received the Nordstrom September catalog in the mail the other day and was super inspired by the following three collections!!! The pumps are so classic with a great heel and fab color choices. I am loving the yellow and rose gold costume rings (so great for Fall/Winter) and thought the MK bracelets offered a good variety of color/size/style.

After Maribeth posted some of her Fav Fall shoes I thought I should follow up with some of my Fav Fall bags. Living/working in NYC requires that you carry a rather large bag in order to schlep around all of the “essentials”. Some of those said essentials are as follows: heels, makeup, umbrella, sunglasses, hairbrush, toothbrush, mouthwash, perfume, book/kindle/ipad/ipod……you get the point.

I have chosen a  variety of hobos, satchels and totes in some awesome colors as well as neutrals. I am absolutely crazy for #1 and #3 but I would have to meet them in person before making any kind of commitment. Choosing an everyday bag is a HUGE decision and I have made the mistake before of buying a bag (that I could not return) without testing her out. I will NEVER do that again…take my word for it….TRY ON YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU BUY IT!!

In the cliché of all clichés, I love shoes. WHAT WOMAN DOESN’T!? I am terribly excited for fall and to start wearing boots. Heeled boots, flat boots, tall boots, ankle boots, whatever, I am excited. So excited (let’s say “excited” a few more times, Maribeth) that every time I picked a boot to share with you I made some sort of animal noise in my head, like “MEOW” or more like a “RAWR.”

Today is my parent’s 35 wedding anniversary. 35 years! I wanted to send them something special because 35 years is a lot of years and they are awesome.
